Kristin Jennefelt
Kristin started as a Business Consultant at Traventus in September 2022. Kristin is an economist by background and has previously worked for many years as a Controller in finance, accounting and reporting. She has always been interested in how to improve and simplify financial processes and reporting with the help of systems. In addition to her role as a consultant with us, she also has a company where she works with training and as a yoga instructor. Exercise and being out in nature is a big part of her everyday life and she often has a new sport going on.
But at Traventus she deals with business systems, more specifically she is one of our financial consultants for Visma Business ERP. Of course, we asked her a few questions about her role and what she thinks it is like to work at Traventus.
What is your role today and what has your time at Traventus been like so far?
Today I am a Business Consultant at Traventus. My role involves helping customers develop, streamline and automate their financial routines and processes in Visma Business. I started with training in Visma Business and then worked in support.
In support, I learned a lot. I got the chance to get to know our customers and I learned a lot about Visma Business. Starting in support and then moving into the consulting role was a perfect set-up. I gained a broad knowledge overview of Visma Business in support. I benefit from this in my role as a Business Consultant today, as I have a holistic perspective even though I perform more specific and concentrated assignments.

What is it like to work as a Business Consultant at Traventus?
I really enjoy my role. In my role today, I have the chance to contribute with improvements and automations via Visma Business. I am also a social person, so contact with customers is incredibly important to me.
What makes working at Traventus so much fun?
We have a lot of fun together at Traventus and even train together. We often have AW and there is always something nice going on. There is a "we-spirit" and everyone works professionally and together to solve the customers' challenges.
Why did you choose to join Traventus?
I chose Traventus because the tasks interested me. A combination of IT, finance and a social aspect via customers. I also chose Traventus because I immediately felt that there was a good community and a good corporate culture.
How would you describe the culture at Traventus?
At Traventus, there really is a great company culture. At Traventus, we help each other move forward with customers' challenges. We ask each other how we are doing and make sure we have fun at work. Traventus has a "sporty" culture, "high ceilings" and a good work-life balance.
What would you say to anyone thinking of applying for a job at Traventus?
Nothing to worry about! Come and join us. You will enjoy it. We're growing and it's an exciting journey to be part of. At Traventus you have the chance to develop. There are clear goals, both for Traventus as a whole, but also for you individually if you wish.
