A cookie is a small text-based file containing information about your navigation on a site. First-party cookies are cookies set on the site by the person responsible for the site and third-party cookies are set by someone else.

Why do we want to collect data?

There are a number of reasons why we collect and use your personal data: to improve and customize our products and services, and to collect statistics about our site so that we can make it better for visitors. This processing is based on what the GDPR calls legitimate interest, which means that we use the information for marketing purposes to inform you about our products and services. It helps us if we know what you have shown interest in and at the same time you avoid receiving marketing that is not relevant to you.

You can ask us at any time to change your data, to share it or to remove you completely from our databases. You can click on the "Unsubscribe" link in emails from us or you can email us to unsubscribe.

What data is collected?

Typical tasks are:

  • Contact details, such as name, email address and phone number.
  • User information, such as how you use our website and services. This may include your IP number, type of device and browser, and also information about how you interact with our site, such as what pages you visit and what you click on.

How is the data collected?

The most common ways for us to receive information is that you choose to provide it in a form or that we receive it via cookies. Cookies allow our web server to recognize you and automatically retrieve the information you have previously registered so that you do not have to enter it again, which saves time, provides better functionality and a smoother user experience.
Traventus AB also uses HubSpot to manage content and mailings. Hubspot has its own cookies and their support for GDPR is continuously updated.
